1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are dedicated to delivering our premium Abayas to our customers in these regions with the highest level of service.

2. PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. You will receive a notification email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

3. SHIPPING TIMES (Estimated)

  • United States: 7-12 business days.

  • United Kingdom: 7-12 business days.

  • Canada & Australia: 7-12 business days. Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or local carrier issues.

4. SHIPPING COST To keep your shopping experience simple and premium, Oura Abaya offers FREE Standard Shipping on all orders to the Big 4 countries, with no minimum purchase required.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link. You can monitor your package's journey directly on our website or via the carrier’s official tracking portal.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES For orders to Canada and Australia, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Oura Abaya is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
