Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your order. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, email support@ouraabaya.com and we'll send you return instructions. 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Note that Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after it's been approved, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing can take a few extra business days. If you still don't see it, contact us at support@ouraabaya.com.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for all items. Email support@ouraabaya.com and we'll provide return instructions.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for items over $75, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned packages.
